We do not use artificial coloring methods to enhance appearance.

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

• Full payment must be completed before order confirmation.

• We accept payments through approved online payment methods available on the website.

In rare situations, orders may be canceled due to Mangoes unavailability, delivery limitations, or technical issues. In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed.

4. Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver mangoes from farm to city within 4–6 hours in eligible service areas.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

• Weather conditions

• Traffic or transportation delays

• Farm harvesting schedules

• Unexpected operational issues

Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery information and ensure availability during delivery.

5. Quality & Freshness

Our mangoes are carefully selected and naturally ripened. To maintain best taste and freshness:

• Avoid immediate refrigeration after delivery unless fruits are fully ripe.

• Store mangoes in a cool, dry place and regularly check the fruits for any insects, damage or over ripening to maintain freshness and quality.

Taste preferences may vary naturally based on mango variety and seasonal conditions.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fruits:

• Returns are generally not accepted after delivery.

• Customers must report immediately if notice any damaged or spoiled products at delivery time with clear photos/videos by sharing them via WhatsApp or E-Mail.

• Approved refund or replacement requests will be processed after verification.

Refund decisions remain at the discretion of Chittoor Mangoes and please Refund policy.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree:

• To provide accurate contact and address details.

• Not to misuse the website or services.

• Customers agree not to place fake, misleading, or non-serious orders that may affect delivery operations and farmers.
