Welcome to Chittoor Mangoes. We specialize in delivering fresh, farm picked mangoes directly from the farms of Chittoor to your doorstep within 4–6 hours of harvest and dispatch.

As our mangoes are natural, seasonal and highly perishable, this Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds, replacements and cancellations are handled.

1. Freshness & Quality Commitment

At Chittoor Mangoes, every order is carefully handpicked, packed, and delivered to maintain freshness and quality standards.

If you receive mangoes that are:

• Damaged during delivery

• Rotten or spoiled upon arrival

• Incorrect variety or quantity

• Missing items from your order

Please notify us immediately after delivery of mangoes.

2. Refund & Replacement Eligibility

Full Refund

You may receive a full refund if:

• Your order was not delivered

• The entire order is spoiled or unusable

• Wrong product delivered and replacement is unavailable

Partial Refund

A partial refund may be provided if:

• Some mangoes are damaged

• Quantity received is less than ordered

• A portion of the fruits are spoiled

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds or replacements will not be applicable in the following situations:

• Complaint raised after 3 hours from delivery

• Mangoes were improperly stored after delivery

• Natural differences in taste, color, size or ripeness

• Incorrect delivery address or contact details provided by customer

• Delivery delays caused by unavoidable circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, strikes or road restrictions.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please share:

• Photos or videos of the issue

• Short description of the problem

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within:

• 5–7 business days for UPI and wallet payments

• 7–10 business days for debit/credit cards and bank transfers

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Natural Product Disclaimer

Our mangoes are naturally grown and ripened. Variations in:

• Sweetness

• Color

• Shape

• Size

• Ripeness level

Are normal and do not qualify as defects.
