Cancellation Policy

At Chittoor Mangoes, we deliver fresh mangoes directly from farms within 4–6 hours. Since our products are highly perishable and prepared specifically for each order, our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may cancel their order free of charge 24 hours before the order is dispatched from the farm or fulfillment center.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order has been dispatched for delivery, cancellations are not allowed due to the perishable nature of fresh mangoes.

3. Failed Deliveries

Orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund if delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

• Customer unavailable at the time of delivery

• Incorrect contact information

• Refusal to accept the order upon delivery

4. Cancellation Refund Timeline

If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
